About ADappt
The ADappt website, including the risk calculation tools, was developed in the Netherlands, based on results of the ABIDE and ABOARD research projects. ABOARD is a large-scale research project carried out by a national, multidisciplinary consortium. ABOARD, in full A Personalized Medicine Approach for Alzheimer's Disease, is working on a future with personalized diagnosis, prediction and prevention of Alzheimer's. ABOARD started on April 1, 2021 and has a term of 5 years. Prof. dr. Wiesje van der Flier is project leader of ABOARD. More information on ABOARD can be found here.
